This manual presents practical methods on how to determine the hydraulic conductivity for the granulometric curves. It presents the general aspects of this problem, with the theoretical background, analysis of the 10 empirical formulas, analysis of the basic parameters in empirical formulas for determination of hydraulic conductivity in porous media, and a comparative analysis of computed conductivity is given. The appendix contains the program MVASKF for the computation of hydraulic conductivity.
