- Page Numbers
5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time and ask for the Information Center. We will supply you with a price quote. Payment must be made with a major credit card or prepaid by check.
Fees
NGWA members receive a 15% discount before delivery chargesOur fees are the sum of the following charges:
Printed Documents -
$15 for the first 10 pages, with each additional page $.45.
Microfiche Documents -
$14 for the first 20 pages, with each additional page $.75.
Title Retrieval Fee - $1.25 per retrieval.
Ohio Residents are subject to a 5.75% sales tax charge.
Copyright Clearance Fees - when required by publisher.
Postage and Handling Fees:
Orders totaling:
- From $11.26 to $20.00 - $3.00
- From $20.01 to $30.00 - $3.50
- From $30.01 to $40.00 - $4.00
- From $40.01 to $50.00 - $4.25
- Orders over $50.00 - 8.5% of the total
Premium Delivery:
For premium delivery, we must receive your order before 1 PM ET.
The cost of the specific express delivery service (Fed Ex or UPS) plus a $15.00 rush fee will be in addition to the photocopy fees.
Fax Delivery:
For same day fax delivery, we must receive your order before 1 PM ET.
The above Premium delivery charge plus $1.50 per page will be added to the cost.
International Fax Delivery:
Outside North America, $4.00 per page in addition to our premium delivery charges outlined above.
Airmail:
The cost of mailing as issued by the US Postal Service.
