NGWA Position Statement On OSHA Reauthorization




Recommended Position:
  • Our industry should support the adoption and active implementation of individual company safety programs on a voluntary basis.

  • Exclude office personnel from the designation of 10 employees. A stipulation of 10 employees at a job site is more acceptable than stating a company with 10 or more employees.
